  • A dynamic force, McComb was instrumental in Edmond Memorial's record-setting 2024 semi-finalist campaign. Now in his third year with Bulldog Football and his tenth year of competitive play, his incredible versatility as a Defensive Back and Running Back makes him a vital asset to this year’s bulldog team. He also leverages his speed and athleticism through track at Memorial. An alumnus of Central Middle School, McComb is keenly focused on his goal to play at a D1 university and ultimately pursue a career in coaching. He has the unwavering support of Kyle and Dacia McComb cheering him on!.

  • An impressive collecion of team achievements and individual accolades define Colton McComb's high school football career. In 2024, he was a crucial part of the Edmond Memorial Football team, which reached the OSSAA State Semi-finals, became Oklahoma Class 6A-1 Regional Champions, were District Championship Runners-up, and secured the title of Edmond All-City Champions.

    McComb also earned numerous individual honors throughout the 2024 season. He was recognized as EMHS Week 10 Defensive Player of the Game and received the KREF SPORTS TV Defensive Player of the Game at Tulsa Union. He was also named KREF SPORTS TV Co-Defensive Player of the Game vs. Westmoore and EMHS Week 6 Defensive Player of the Game. His impact extended beyond defense, as he was a KREF SPORTS TV "Difference Maker of the Game" at Del City & at Yukon and the EMHS Week 2 Special Teams Player of the Game, in addition to being the EMHS Week 1 Defensive Player of the Game.

    Beyond his on-field performance, McComb demonstrated exceptional strength in the weight room. As a sophomore in 2024, he broke the EMHS Off-Season Weight Room Records for both "Clean Lift" and "Bench" in the Pit Bulls category. His success began early, as he was also a member of the 2023 Freshman Edmond City Championship football team at Memorial.
