Parsons, a consistent presence in the secondary, was a crucial contributor to Edmond Memorial's historic 2024 semi-finalist football season.
Now in his fourth year with Bulldog Football, he brings nine years of competitive experience within the Edmond Bulldog Vertical. His commitment to athleticism extends to track and field, where he further hones his speed and agility.
Beyond his own competitive pursuits, Parsons demonstrates leadership and a passion for the sport as a volunteer assistant coach for a youth football team.
A proud product of Cimarron Middle School, he is driven to pursue a unique path, planning to study to become a chiropractor and play sports in college after high school. He is cheered on exuberantly this season by Benedict Parsons and Cassandra Rucker.

A solid contributor to the Edmond Memorial Football team, Amari Parsons played an important role in their significant 2024 season. That year, the team reached the OSSAA State Semi-finals, became Oklahoma Class 6A-1 Regional Champions, finished as District Championship Runners-up, and were crowned Edmond All-City Champions.
Beyond these collective achievements, Parsons' individual impact on special teams was recognized, earning him EMHS Week 1 Special Teams Player of the Game in 2024.
A history of contributing to winning programs marks his earlier years as well; he was also a member of the 2022 COAC Conference 9th Grade Championship team.
