  • Stamatis is a seasoned presence on the Edmond Memorial Bulldog Football team, entering his fourth year as a Linebacker. His commitment to the sport is underscored by an impressive 11 years of competitive football experience across various Edmond High School Verticals, demonstrating consistent dedication and growth.

    Beyond the football field, Stamatis is a well-rounded athlete, showcasing his competitive spirit through participation in wrestling at Memorial and competitive lacrosse. He also contributes to his community as an active member of the Greek Orthodox Youth of America (GOYA), an organization focused on spiritual, social, athletic, and philanthropic activities for Orthodox Christian teenagers.

    A proud product of Cheyenne Middle School, Stamatis has a clear vision for his future, planning to attend flight school after high school. He is enthusiastically cheered on this season by Justin and Kelli Stamatis.

  • Dane Stamatis's high school football career is marked by substantial team achievements and an early individual accolade.

    In the 2024 season, Edmond Memorial Football achieved significant success as OSSAA State Semi-finalists, Oklahoma Class 6A-1 Regional Champions, District Championship Runners-up, and Edmond All-City Champions.

    Beyond the 2024 season, Stamatis's impact was recognized earlier in his career. In 2022, he was honored with the Bulldog Toughest Player Award. That same year, he was also a member of the COAC Conference 9th Grade Championship team, showcasing his consistent involvement in successful programs.
